Refund Policy

Try Notchland free for two days before purchasing. If the app still does not work for you, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

How to request a refund

Email contact@notchland.pro from the address used at checkout. Include your order number and a short description of the issue. Please do not email your full license key.

Eligibility

Requests made within 14 days are normally approved when Notchland is incompatible with the supported Mac, a core advertised feature does not work after reasonable troubleshooting, or the purchase was accidental or duplicated. We may decline requests involving license abuse, chargeback fraud, or purchases made more than 14 days earlier, except where law requires otherwise.

After approval

Lemon Squeezy processes approved refunds to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary. A fully refunded license is disabled, and you must stop using and delete the app. Partial refunds do not automatically disable a license.

Statutory rights

This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer cancellation, conformity, or refund rights in your jurisdiction.
